How To Stop Blackberry Hanging

Helo friend you are must welcome to Teckbucket, Today i will be sharing with you how i stopped my blackberry from hanging  and for  those of us that use blackberry will know how i can be frustrating at times, so now am going to show you how i stoped my blackberry from hanging,

firstly I downloaded Blackberry Desktop Manager  Here and i also downloaded the latest OS TheIExplorers for my blackberry Here
Note: when you want to download this application preferable use a laptop
 and i make sure my phone was not connected to the laptop
so i lunch the application Apploader through windows Explorer by going to the Start button then i click program files then Command files then Research in Motion then Apploader
then after opening the Apploader i connected my Blacberry to my laptop using my blackberry USB cable i then click next as seen in the picture below

then a screen open and i saw a  port selection screen then it showed me  USB PIN: UNKNOW  then i clicked next as seen in the picture below

 then after i click next i waited for it to get my blackberry configuration then a screen appeared then i saw a list of my application and then i untick all the application i wanted to be on the phone, Then  i click next and another screen appeared i then click Advance option button and i click next, Then a screen appeared again then i tick the option to delete all my application including my installed application, Then i click next and waited for the operation to reload and it took me over twenty (20) minutes then a screen appeared and show the loading operation was successful  as seen in the picture below then the blackberry rebooted by itself and my phone was restored to how it was when i bought it

 


and note: when the operation is reloading dont't unplug your phone from the laptop,
